No sorry, we cannot. To provide our service at a consistently high quality we require full control of the site so we know all best practices are in place. But that's not hard, we can take your existing website content and setup a new one.

Will my website be kept up to date?

Not only will your website be updated with the latest WordPress and plugin versions, but your site will also be backed up daily to ensure nothing is ever lost. You're welcome.

Do I get to design the website?

Our websites are based on themes to minimise the time and effort that is often wasted designing a website. Our themes have been designed around lead generation with the goal of bringing money into your business. We gather all the information we need about your business and then put in into a theme based on what we think is best suited to you and your business needs. We will use your brand's colours, fonts, logo, images and content to make your website unique to your business. If you would like more design input your may need something outside of our basic packages - just contact us to discuss!

I already have domain name. Can I still use it?

Yes you can. If you already have a domain name, you can still use our lead generating packages and use your existing domain name. We will simply transfer your domain name over to us.

Do I own the website?

The simple answer is no, you don’t. But believe us, this is a good thing. You are paying for a service with us, like your water and electricity, which means we take care of everything and ensure your website is always up-to-date. Should you choose to leave (doubtful, we're pretty great), you can take your domain and move to another provider, but your website will remain with us.

Do you provide email addresses?

No sorry, we are a digital marketing agency. We recommend using Google's GSuite for all your email needs – we use this ourselves, it's great.

Will someone guide me through the process?

You will be assigned a dedicated client service manager who will personally guide you on the entire process to get your nú site up and running as smoothly as possible and will stay on as your point of contact, nay your rock, moving forward. Will you show me how to edit my website?

Do I have to use Paypal for my payment gateway?

Yes. PayPal is one of the safest, most secure payment gateways on the market. Your customers will be able to pay via card or their PayPal account through PayPal.

Can I integrate my website with accounting software?

Will there be the option to manage stock through my website.

Your site will have a simple stock management feature that allows you to input how much of a product you have in stock. As your customers make purchases, this will be reflected on the website. NOTE: this will not take into account stock that you sell through other means (eg your brick and mortar store).
